Summary

Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape and deliver a modern, customer-focused portfolio of workplace solutions across a large, global application landscape. Our team is supporting a multi-year transformation initiative, and this position will play a key role in defining strategy, aligning stakeholders, and driving product outcomes that support business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering teams.
  • Analyze customer feedback and prioritize product features that support business value and long-term product health.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery for epics, features, stories, and programs while supporting end-to-end execution.
  • Support product governance, including risk mitigation, contingency planning, demand versus capacity management, and mentoring product owners.

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree, or equivalent, in IT or business with functional work experience.
  • 8+ years of product management experience and 15+ years of overall product experience or a related position.
  • 5+ years of experience working on a large-scale global implementation.
  • Extensive experience in intake, prioritization, roadmap development, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience leading steering committees and executive leadership presentations.
  • Hands-on experience participating in and leading SAFe events, including sprint planning, release planning, and PI planning.
  • Strong agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks; SAFe certification and operating experience.
  • Consultative partnership with customers, strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentorship skills, plus experience with JIRA and Confluence.
