Summary

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Security & Integration Specialist to support a high-priority initiative focused on modernizing authentication and securing
integrations across a complex Salesforce ecosystem. This role will lead OAuth-based authentication updates, partner closely with internal and external teams, and ensure integrations remain stable, secure, and compliant.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Salesforce professional who has already led OAuth or security-driven integration initiatives, understands the downstream impact of platform changes, and can confidently own complex authentication work from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute OAuth 2.0 migrations for multiple Salesforce integrations
  • Configure and manage Salesforce Connected Apps, authentication policies, scopes, and tokens
  • Replace legacy authentication methods with modern, secure OAuth flows
  • Own integration updates end-to-end, from planning through testing and production readiness
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to coordinate integration changes
  • Troubleshoot authentication and integration issues across environments
  • Support integrations involving Microsoft services (e.g., Microsoft Graph, Office 365) and Salesforce features such as Einstein Activity Capture
  • Collaborate with backend and integration teams (including Java-based services such as Spring Batch) to ensure compatibility with new authentication models
  • Produce and maintain clear technical documentation in approved repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Git)
  • Follow enterprise change management, release, and security governance processes
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential integration impacts

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform security and OAuth 2.0
  • Proven experience configuring and managing Salesforce Connected Apps
  • Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations
  • Ability to work independently and lead high-impact platform changes
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, security teams, and external partners
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Office 365 integrations, or Einstein Activity Capture
  • Familiarity with Java or Spring-based integration frameworks
  • Background working in regulated or highly controlled environments
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Integration Architecture, or Security specialties)

Role Characteristics
  • Senior, hands-on individual contributor
  • High level of autonomy and ownership
  • Integration-heavy and security-focused
  • Fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment with firm timelines
