Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Sanford, FL that is seeking a Service Titan Operations Associate. This role reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with operational and technology stakeholders across the organization.

Summary:
In this role, the ServiceTitan Operations Champion is responsible for owning, supporting, and optimizing the use of ServiceTitan as a core operational platform across the organization. This role serves as the internal ServiceTitan subject matter expert and works closely with leadership, operations teams, and field personnel to ensure effective adoption, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives. This position requires a strong combination of trade industry experience, technical aptitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the internal expert and primary owner of the ServiceTitan platform
* Champion operational excellence and consistent ServiceTitan usage across the organization
* Support and improve workflows, processes, and data quality within ServiceTitan
* Partner with executive leadership, directors, and operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into platform solutions
* Work closely with field technicians and operations staff, many of whom are not highly technical, to drive adoption and effective usage
* Lead and support training initiatives related to ServiceTitan features and functionality
* Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external ServiceTitan partners as needed
* Stay current on ServiceTitan product updates, enhancements, and ecosystem changes
* Support the rollout and adoption of new ServiceTitan capabilities, including AI-driven features
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives tied to operational systems and technology

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience working in the trades industry
* Hands-on, current experience with ServiceTitan
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support and educate non-technical users
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of an organization, including C-suite, directors, operations leaders, and field teams
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and long-term sustainability
* Ability to manage change, influence adoption, and build trust with stakeholders

Preferred Experience:
* Experience working within the ServiceTitan ecosystem, including certified or approved ServiceTitan partners
* Exposure to large-scale operational environments with multiple stakeholders
* Familiarity with recent ServiceTitan platform changes and enhancements
* Experience supporting or implementing operational or field service technology platforms

Work Environment:
* Fully remote role
* Occasional onsite travel (approximately once per quarter) for collaboration and alignment
* Standard Eastern Time business hours with flexibility within core working hours

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
