Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $75/hr-$85/hr/.

Responsibilities-

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure and compliant with best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
• Continuously improve the Salesforce environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability.
• Participate in project planning and estimation.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Salesforce Architect certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and integration patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud 
• It is good to have experience with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with Salesforce Communities and AppExchange products.
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements in Salesforce.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
