Role Summary:

• The Scrum Master / Project Manager is a hybrid delivery role responsible for leading projects across Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• This individual will manage cross functional teams delivering AI-enabled solutions, digital platforms, and enterprise initiatives.
  The role blends Scrum facilitation and team coaching with traditional project management responsibilities, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Success in this role requires strong delivery discipline, adaptability, and the ability to guide teams through the unique uncertainties of AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Agile / Scrum Leadership
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering AI and digital solutions
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies:
o Sprint Planning
o Daily Stand-ups
o Sprint Reviews
o Retrospectives
o Backlog Refinement
• Coach teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization
• Remove impediments and protect teams from external distractions
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint outcomes)

Project Management (Waterfall & Hybrid)
• Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
• Manage project governance, reporting, and executive updates
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (technology, data, AI, business, vendors)
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Ensure projects meet business objectives, compliance standards, and delivery expectations
