84 months of experience in designing and developing Forms Definition Facility tools and data model to manage centralized tax forms metadata for Business Rules, Form Schemas, and forms Presentation.

84 months of experience in design, development and management of Business Rules Architecture system involving Rules entry UI system and portable Runtime Engine System deployable in WPS (WebSphere Process Server) and WAS (WebSphere Application Server) that can also execute as a standalone desktop application.

36 months of experience in development and maintenance of rules-based event triggered applications deployed in IBM ODM server (preferably interacting with IBM SPPS Collaboration and Deployment Services deployed in IBM SPSS Modeler Server) and using Automated Decision Services (ADS).
