Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to support and manage enterprise-level infrastructure for a growing apparel/retail organization. This role is 100% onsite and requires strong hands-on experience across cloud, networking, virtualization, and end-user systems, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure cloud services, including virtual machines and related infrastructure
• Oversee VM management and optimization
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Meraki Firewalls
• Support and manage VOIP systems
• Administer and support Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) environments
• Ensure network security, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear technical communication
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Network / Systems Administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Proven experience in Virtual Machine (VM) management
• Expertise with Meraki Firewalls
• Experience supporting VOIP systems
• Hands-on experience with Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work fully onsite
