Job Title: Technical Specialist (Invoicing & Operations)

Location: Remote - Nashville, Tennessee
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Specialist to support invoicing, customer service, and coordination activities. This role involves working with internal teams and external partners to ensure invoices are accurate, processed on time, and properly documented.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
Review and coordinate consultant invoices with contract managers
Ensure invoices are accurate, properly formatted, and submitted on time
Prepare approval documents for finance to process payments
Maintain clear and accurate records of all activities
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Follow quality standards to minimize errors and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree
At least 1 year of experience in invoicing, billing, or related work
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

Nice to Have:

Experience working with government or public sector
Familiarity with contracts or financial processes
