Project Manager - Shared Services

Great opportunity in Plano, TX, Project Manager with prior work experience overseeing the BPO development and implementation of a Shared Services Organization.

Ideally, you will have strong experience as a Project Manager for Business process outsourcing programs. In this role you will be managing multiple workstreams including RFP, budgets, delivery schedule, project plans and scope adherence as well as delivering weekly/monthly executive presentations.

This position requires experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities as well as third-party vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work across the enterprise to understand the current state of processes and procedures within departments.
• Identify areas for improved efficiency and opportunities for migrating to a Shared Services model.
• Identify areas for data guided process improvement and decision making
• Forecast future data and data analytics needs
• Day to day project and budget management
• Identify existing and potential new processes that can be created or enhanced through the implementation of new tools and technologies.

BACKGROUND

• Experience developing centralized processes or a Shared Services organization
• Experience managing cross functional teams, including third party vendors and SI partners
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint
• Solid experience with process flow documentation
• Documentation skills including functional, and training are required as well as solid verbal communications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, Coordinate contract review process with Legal, Procurement and other key stakeholders
• Experience with change management process
• Good organizational skills; able to assemble and present information clearly
• PMP preferred/Accounting Background preferred
