Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with strong expertise in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) v8.x to design, develop, and implement scalable BPM and case management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess Pega certifications, strong SQL skills, and exposure to web technologies along with experience using tools such as SNOW, Rally, Tracer, and Splunk.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Pega PRPC v8.x.
• Build and configure Pega workflows, case management, UI, and integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Pega technical solutions.
• Develop reusable components, rules, and frameworks using Pega best practices.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using APIs, XML, and web services.
• Perform debugging and performance tuning using Pega Tracer and debugging tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders for requirement gathering and delivery.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments using Rally for sprint planning and tracking.
• Monitor applications and logs using Splunk for performance and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) v8.x.
• Pega Certification: CSA (Certified System Architect) required. CSSA preferred.
• Good experience in SQL for database queries and data management.
• Exposure to HTML and XML for UI customization and integrations.
• Experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident/change management.
• Familiarity with Rally for Agile project tracking.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills using Pega Tracer.
• Experience in monitoring and logging tools like Splunk.
• Good understanding of Pega frameworks, integrations, and case management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of Pega deployment and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to cloud environments is a plus.
