Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in Education Cloud to support an ongoing implementation project.
This is a short-term 3-6 months engagement focused on requirements analysis and process documentation.
The ideal candidate will be able to quickly come up to speed, review existing business requirements, conduct stakeholder discussions as needed, and independently create detailed business process flows, workflows, and supporting documentation. This role will help accelerate discovery and design activities while the existing team focuses on delivering current project commitments and content updates.
• Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud preferred.
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear functional documentation.
