Summary

We are currently hiring for two critical strategic roles.

Role 1: SAP Enterprise Business Solutions Architect

Focus: Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Global Integration

The Role: You will design a scalable foundation for our O2C and Supply Chain domains, collaborating across Finance and Operations to modernize our application architecture.

Key Focus: Lead end-to-end integration of ERP (SAP), SCM, and Finance systems.
Governance: Own the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and define iPaaS integration patterns.
Requirements: 8–10+ years in EA; deep expertise in Record-to-Report (RTR) and O2C processes.
Must-Have: Global Retail industry experience.

Role 2: SAP IBP Strategy & Transformational Lead

Focus: Planning Evolution & Inventory Optimization

The Role: You will be the hands-on leader driving our shift from manual, calendar-based planning to agile, exception-driven IBP workflows.

Key Focus: Configure SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response) and integrate with S/4HANA.
Innovation: Enable rapid "what-if" simulations and same-day decision-making for planners.
Requirements: 5–7+ years of hands-on SAP IBP configuration; 10+ years in Supply Chain.
Must-Have: Experience in high-SKU, high-velocity environments (Retail/eCommerce preferred).

What We Are Looking For (Both Roles)

Leadership: Ability to lead steering committees with C-suite/VP stakeholders.
Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, ECC, BW).
Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical designs into measurable business ROI (service levels, cost, and agility).
Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
