Title: Finance Delivery Lead(Finance Manager)

Location: Burbank CA 91505 Local Remote

Duration: 24 Months Contract

Work Schedule: Must be local to Burbank; On site schedule will change

Additional Information

• Must be local to Burbank; On site schedule will change and likely more days in office initially and as deadlines approach.
• Process design experience required and must have worked on multiple finance transformation projects and preferably in FP&A.
• Experience in a Big 4 environment is ideal but even other similar environments OK.
• Will be having some interaction with stakeholders.

Description/Comment:

Support functional requirements and design for assigned workstreams, ensuring quality outputs that align to business needs and support successful finance adoption.

Business Alignment & Design Quality

• Own endtoend functional scope and business adoption for assigned workstreams, maintaining alignment with operational needs across solution design, build, testing, and deployment
• Serve as the primary functional escalation point to address scope gaps, quality issues, or misalignment to business needs
• Review and approve functional design deliverables to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements, including RTM's, Excel Mockups, From-To process flows, user test scripts, etc.

• Adoption, Change & Readiness
• Review change management, training materials, and communications to confirm materials are aligned with business needs and support finance adoption
• Ensure training content accurately reflects designed workflows, reports, and system behavior
• Validate that change impacts, process changes, and user responsibilities are clearly articulated
• Integrated Program Governance
• Participate in program forums and design reviews to represent functional priorities and risks
• Escalate functional issues that threaten business adoption or solution deployment timelines
• Confirm functional deliverables are complete and approved prior to progression into build, test, or release.
