Summary

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in backend development using Java and modern frontend frameworks, along with strong problem-solving and architectural skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level full stack applications using Java technologies
Build scalable and high-performance backend services using Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Microservices architecture
Develop responsive and interactive UI using Angular / React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
Lead system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning and reviews

Required Skills:

12+ years of experience in Java development
Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA
Experience with Microservices Architecture and REST APIs
Proficiency in frontend technologies: Angular / React / Vue.js
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Good to Have:

Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ (Messaging Systems)
Exposure to GraphQL
Experience with ElasticSearch
Knowledge of Security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT)
Domain experience in Banking, Healthcare, or E-commerce
