Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Field Services Technician to support an annual laptop and desktop refresh project. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical assistance, complete hardware deployments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of end-user devices. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to support users in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide on-site technical support to end users with minimal disruption to their work.
- Maintain accurate documentation of device inventory, service requests, and completed work.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow all organizational and security policies regarding equipment handling and data protection.
Qualifications- Proven experience in a field services or technical support role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience supporting users in high-traffic or professional environments is a plus.
Education & Experience- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
- Previous experience providing on-site support or participating in hardware refresh projects is preferred.
Working Conditions- On-site role based in Grafton with possible occasional travel to nearby locations.
- Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as needed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Grafton, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
