DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PC Support Technician to support the annual laptop and desktop refresh initiative. This position is highly end user-facing and requires excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Execute laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting
- Provide on-site technical support to internal end users
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, device assignments, and service activities
- Collaborate with IT team members to quickly resolve technical issues and meet project deadlines
- Follow all IT and hospital policies, procedures, and security standards
Qualifications- Experience in field services, desktop support, or a similar technical support role
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with medical professionals
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently
Technical Skills- Desktop support and troubleshooting
- Hardware installation and configuration
- Access control and device setup
- Basic networking knowledge
- Security awareness and adherence to data protection best practices
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Clear verbal and written communication for documentation and user interaction
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT team members and hospital staff
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are highly advantageous

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
