Product Analyst II

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Analyst II in Los Angeles, CA.

Summary:
Are you passionate about turning business needs into innovative digital and data-driven solutions? We're seeking a Product Analyst II to help drive the design, implementation, and growth of digital healthcare products that improve experiences for patients, providers, and staff.

In this role, you'll partner with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, evaluate solutions, and support the delivery of impactful data and digital products. You'll play a key role in shaping product roadmaps, driving analytics initiatives, and advancing data-informed decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do:
* Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable product backlog items
* Develop workflow diagrams and process documentation to support solution design and implementation
* Conduct market and industry research to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
* Support digital and data product roadmaps through analysis, stakeholder engagement, and product adoption efforts
* Build and enhance reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau and Power BI
* Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs
* Assist with testing, training, implementation, and ongoing optimization of systems and applications
* Drive data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and stakeholder engagement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* 2+ years of Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or related experience
* Experience working within a Cerner (Oracle Health) environment
* Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
* Experience creating user stories and working in Agile environments
* Strong requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation skills
* Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
* Healthcare Information Systems experience
* Experience supporting clinical, operational, or healthcare analytics initiatives
* Familiarity with process improvement and digital transformation efforts

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
