JOB SUMMARY The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for driving business growth by building relationships with enterprise clients and delivering technology talent and workforce solutions. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and partnering with IT leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality technology professionals. The position requires strong consultative sales skills, the ability to generate new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term client partnerships in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Build and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients by introducing technology talent and consulting solutions. Engage with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and hiring managers through phone, video, and in-person meetings. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing and new accounts. Partner with engineering leaders, IT managers, and technology program leaders to understand hiring needs and project goals. Translate technical requirements into effective hiring and staffing strategies. Provide insights on talent availability, skill trends, and compensation benchmarks. Deliver qualified technology professionals for client projects. Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants throughout project assignments. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner. Meet and exceed business development, sales, and placement targets. Build long-term partnerships that support continued business growth. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, IT staffing, technology consulting, or technology services sales. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Proven ability to generate new business and close sales opportunities. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Education: Bachelors Degree
