We're hiring two Mobile Developers - one focused on iOS (Swift) and one on Android (Kotlin). These positions are hybrid in Madison, Wisconsin!
These are hands-on roles building high-quality, user-friendly mobile apps. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship reliable features and improve the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain native mobile applications (iOS or Android)
- Develop features across the full app lifecycle
- Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
- Ensure performance, stability, and responsiveness across devices
- Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Debug issues and continuously improve app functionality
- Integrate APIs and backend services (REST/JSON)
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Follow mobile platform best practices (iOS or Android)
Qualifications:- Experience building native mobile apps (iOS or Android)
- Strong proficiency in: Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android)
- Skills for iOS: Xcode, UIKit and/or SwiftUI
- Skills for Android: Android Studio, XML and/or Jetpack Compose
- Understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.)
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Git or version control experience
- Ability to write clean, testable code
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
