Summary

Job Title: (Privileged Access Management) PAM Engineer
Location: Onsite- Dallas, TX ( only local)
CyberArk IAM/PAM Consultant (Architecture + BA + Engineering)
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
  • 8 10+ years of experience across IAM/PAM architecture, business analysis, and CyberArk engineering roles
  • Deep expertise in CyberArk platform (PVWA, CPM, PSM, DNA) with hands-on implementation and architecture design
  • Lead and support PAM discovery and expansion programs, including privileged account discovery, onboarding feasibility, and PSM readiness
  • Define target-state architecture, onboarding strategy, and implementation roadmap for CyberArk deployments
  • Perform hands-on technical discovery, assessments, and readiness validations on CyberArk environments
  • Drive process discovery, workshops, documentation, and data-driven analysis to support implementation planning and SoW creation
  • Experience delivering implementation-ready Statements of Work (SoW) and phased onboarding strategies
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows, Linux, and database privilege models
  • Knowledge of service account management and remediation patterns in large enterprise environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Security, Infrastructure, DBAs, SOC, and Audit teams
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL, process engineering, or Lean methodologies
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell/Python) for automation
  • Relevant CyberArk certifications preferred
