Role Responsibilities
Assist in x-programs coordination: integrated timeline, x-programs risks resolution coordination, cross-program dependencies and risks awareness, create x-programs status reports.
Assist in S/4 ERP program coordination: S/4 timeline and workshops coordination, S/4 risks resolution coordination, create status reports.
Engagement Expectations
High-level Responsibilities
➢ Build and Maintain an Integrated timeline for all Programs & Projects under the EA & ERP Organization.
➢ Build and Maintain an integrated RAID Log dashboard for cross-programs dependencies.
➢ Support specific projects & programs PMs on WBS creation in Jira.
➢ Build weekly Cross-Program status dashboard, using Jira and other project tools & metrics.
➢ Facilitate the cross-programs governance meeting, ensuring Projects/Programs IT Owners are ready.
➢ Maintain meetings minutes and action logs for the cross-programs dependencies.
➢ Maintain the S/4 Timeline, including major milestones, workstreams activities, owners, and gates.
➢ Build and Maintain the S/4 Workshops schedule.
➢ Build and govern the Project WBS in Jira.
➢ Build and Maintain a S/4 project specific RAID Log.
➢ Facilitate the S4 meetings cadence, as identified by the 3M Leader.
➢ Partner with S/4 resources to ensure execution of program within timeline, scope and costs.
➢ Maintain meetings minutes and action logs for the S/4 program.
➢ Facilitate recovery plans as needed.
➢ Prepare content and facilitate the S/4 Gates.
➢ Prepare the S/4 status reports weekly.
