Role Overview

We are hiring a UiPath Solution Architect to lead enterprise automation architecture across healthcare provider environments. This principallevel role defines the technical vision, governance, and integration strategy for UiPath solutions   spanning Epic EHR, payer APIs, AI/ML, and compliance frameworks. You will shape the CoE s standards, security, and longrange automation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Own endtoend automation architecture: infrastructure, integration, security, and AI/ML design.

• Define and govern reference architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable component libraries.

• Architect Epic integration patterns: FHIR APIs, Interconnect, HL7 messaging, Clarity/Caboodle data.

• Ensure HIPAA/HITECH, HITRUST, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance in automation solutions.

• Lead Automation Architecture Review Board and produce architecture decision records (ADRs).

• Design intelligent automation strategies using Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, and GenAI.

• Mentor senior developers and serve as top technical escalation point.

Required Skills

• UiPath Orchestrator (Cloud/OnPrem), Studio, REFramework, Document Understanding, AI Center.

• Integration expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, HL7/FHIR, middleware/ESB patterns.

• Cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform), SQL/NoSQL, DevOps/CICD pipelines.

• Security architecture: PHI handling, credential management, audit logging.

• Epic EHR exposure: Cadence, Resolute, ClinDoc, MyChart, OpTime, Radiant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s in Computer Science, Enterprise Architecture, or related field; Master s preferred.

• 7+ years UiPath RPA experience; 3+ years in architecture leadership.

• UiPath Certified Solution Architect strongly preferred.

• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.

• Experience with Epic FHIR API integrations and Clarity/Caboodle EDW.

• HITRUST/CISSP or equivalent healthcare security certification.
