Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UiPath RPA Developer with strong Epic EHR experience to design, build, and maintain productiongrade automation solutions. This role combines technical expertise with healthcare domain knowledge to streamline clinical operations, revenue cycle processes, and administrative workflows. You will also mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards within the Intelligent Automation CoE.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop UiPath automations using REFramework, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding.

Build bots that integrate with Epic EHR via UI automation, APIs (FHIR/Interconnect), and Clarity/Caboodle data.

Architect endtoend workflows across Epic, payer portals, labs, imaging, and pharmacy systems.

Implement exception handling, retry logic, and transaction logging for PHIsensitive workflows.

Mentor developers, conduct peer reviews, and enforce CoE coding standards.

Manage UiPath Orchestrator: provisioning, deployment, queue management, and monitoring.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Required Skills

UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, API Automation.

 / C#, Python scripting, SQL (Epic Clarity/Caboodle).

Git/CICD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Epic FHIR APIs, HL7/FHIR, Citrix/VDI automation.

Strong knowledge of provider workflows: registration, scheduling, billing, HIM, RCM.

Qualifications

Bachelor s in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.

5+ years UiPath RPA development; 3+ years healthcare provider automation.

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) preferred.

Experience with Epic modules (Cadence, Resolute, ClinDoc, etc.).

Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
