We are seeking a Senior UiPath RPA Developer with strong experience in Healthcare Provider operations and Epic EHR systems. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions that enhance clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows.

• Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform)
• Lean / Six Sigma Certifications
• Clinical Informatics or Epic Analyst experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex UiPath automation solutions
• Build integrations with Epic EHR, FHIR APIs, and healthcare systems
• Automate workflows: patient registration, scheduling, billing, claims, denials, prior authorizations
• Manage UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, monitoring, support)
• Implement Document Understanding and API-based automation
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and Epic teams
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and data governance standards
