Summary

Are you a hands-on technical leader with a passion for delivering impactful solutions in complex environments? We’re seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to lead and inspire technical project teams, build strong client relationships, and drive innovative outcomes. This role offers an immediate focus on delivering tangible results, with the potential to transition into a permanent leadership position based on performance and mutual fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of full-stack, cloud, and data-driven client engagements, taking ownership of project scope, planning, risk management, and results.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to diagnose technical and business challenges, translating them into scalable, effective solutions.
  • Oversee small technical teams, providing daily leadership, prioritization, and guidance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including project estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecture design, development oversight, testing, and release management.
  • Design and steer solutions across key areas, including:
  • Modern full-stack application development (front-end frameworks, APIs, backend services)
  • AWS cloud services (computation, storage, networking, security, managed services)
  • Data engineering, analytics, and reporting platforms
  • Cloud-native architectures, integrations, and platform modernization initiatives
  • DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines supporting application and data workloads
  • Ensure architecture and code reviews are aligned with best practices for security, scalability, quality, and maintainability.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, tailoring messaging for technical teams and executive stakeholders alike.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools responsibly to accelerate development, analysis, and delivery, enhancing efficiency while maintaining ethical standards.

    • 5+ years of experience in full-stack application development and/or delivering cloud-based solutions.
    • Proven experience leading technical teams and driving successful delivery outcomes.
    • Comfortable working across architecture, planning, and execution phases of projects.
    • Knowledge across multiple SDLC phases and Agile methodologies.
    • Skilled at diagnosing complex technical problems and designing practical, scalable solutions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay Rate: $70.00 - $75.00 Hourly
