Summary

job summary:

Understand the end-to-end associate experience and problems that require systems analysis to settle potential opportunities and problems to be solved


Confer with team and business partners to resolve problem and type of data to be processed for assigned project or work stream within a larger project.


Capture information related to customer experiences, products, and/or services and perform analysis and reporting to detect and disclose relevant patterns


Identify root causes and validate business problems in terms of business and systems requirements


Quantify the scope and impact of the opportunity that will add new value for the organization and help lead prioritization according to business value or critical metrics


Build and implement test scenarios and settings to evaluate solution efficiency and identify the right metrics and approach to measure business value

responsibilities:

  • 8+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
  • Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
  • Proven capacity to lead clarification and 'translation' of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter.
  • Experience in building queries and general database skills are a must.
  • Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.
  • Familiarity with restful services.
  • Bachelor's degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.
  • Superb communication skills - written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
  • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior work in an Agile environment




qualifications:

Design and establishment of business architecture coupled with the ability to own and understand technical implications to program participants.


A change agent, facilitating critical coordination across teams including planning, design and problem-solving.


Working with product area leadership, help to create and manage the scrum team's product backlog.


Creating and driving scrum stories to completion as part of a team.


Collaborate effectively with key Business, IT, Legal, Compliance & Risk partners to define product features and analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, sequencing UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.


Experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.


Convey business value of technology initiatives to Scrum team members including QA and development resources.
