Here's what it takes to make yours count.


  • 3+ years of experience in digital print manufacturing

  • Strong background in pre-press and production validation

  • Experience with digital print platforms (HP Indigo, Xerox, Canon, or similar)

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methods

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Flexibility to travel as needed for operational support


Preferred Skills


  • Experience with web-to-print workflows

  • Knowledge of RIP software (HP, Fiery, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and color management

  • Familiarity with automation tools and digital press APIs

  • Experience with rotary die cutting, guillotine, or book binding equipment

  • Understanding of substrate behavior and ink interaction

  • Project management experience in print or manufacturing environments


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with design, prepress, and operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end production

  • Review project scopes and provide input to improve manufacturing efficiency

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure quality and accuracy

  • Execute validation protocols for digital print products, processes, substrates, and equipment

  • Conduct print trials, performance testing, and maintain detailed documentation

  • Partner with quality teams to ensure compliance with validation standards

  • Monitor print output for defects; support root cause analysis and corrective actions

  • Maintain and update SOPs, including documentation for materials testing and pre-press changes

  • Provide hands-on training to operators on best practices, safety, and quality standards
