Job Summary

• Seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Business Process Consultant to lead functional solution delivery, translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and provide domain expertise in GRC/IRM engagements.
• The role involves customer advisory, workflow design, user story development, mentoring team members, and contributing to ServiceNow platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead less complex and smaller teams as the functional solution lead.
• Focus on specializing in one or more ServiceNow offerings to support ongoing professional growth.
• Translate complex business requirements into configuration needs and actionable user stories.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Share insights with product teams and promote best practices.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, including Business Process Consultants and Associate Business Process Consultants.
• Share learnings and emerging practices across the Business Process Consultant community.
• Apply ServiceNow platform knowledge and GRC/IRM domain expertise to customer engagements.
• Design efficient workflows aligned with ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities and industry-leading practices.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Draft user stories and support customers in developing acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer plans.
• Train customers to create and manage their own user stories.
• Support customers with review and approval processes.
• Contribute ServiceNow platform and workflow expertise to internal and customer initiatives.
• Provide product development feedback based on customer implementation experience.
• Maintain workflow-related skills and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging or critically evaluating AI within work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Experience using AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven analytics, or assessing AI's impact on business functions or industries.
• 8+ years of progressive experience within a professional services organization or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Demonstrated industry expertise in GRC/IRM.
• Ability to independently manage projects and drive outcomes.
• Proven success analyzing and resolving complex issues.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• ServiceNow certifications aligned to the relevant workflow.
• Ability to independently leverage AI to optimize workflows, tailor customer solutions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Ability to clearly explain AI system design, ethical considerations, and platform use cases while supporting responsible AI adoption.
