In this contingent resource assignment, the engineer may consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering. The role contributes to large-scale planning, reviews and analyzes moderately complex engineering challenges, and resolves issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The engineer collaborates with client personnel, ensures deliverables meet policy and compliance requirements, and leverages a solid understanding of Information Security Engineering functions, procedures, and standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Interact with internal customers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable virtual directory solutions
Implement and enhance RadiantOne virtual directory configurations, including caching and proxying identity data
Support RadiantLogic VDS integrations, including hardening, modernization, and tech-debt reduction
Support Oracle Unified Directory
Participate in data center migration efforts
Respond to emails, ServiceNow incidents, phone calls, instant messages, and troubleshooting meetings
Monitor alerts and respond appropriately
Update, validate, and maintain existing documentation
Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
Work as a self-starter capable of driving work independently
