Business Analyst (AI Enablement & Data Platform Services)

• The Business Analyst will support AI enablement, data platform services, and enterprise data governance initiatives by gathering requirements, defining AI-ready data standards, and supporting AI strategy execution.
• The role involves working across data governance, AI readiness frameworks, executive reporting, and cross-functional data initiatives to enable scalable AI and analytics solutions.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, data, or analytics domains.
• At least 2+ years of experience in AI/ML-related project requirements.
• Experience working with AWS data platforms including S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, and SageMaker.
• Strong experience in Agile or SAFe environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong background in business case development and ROI analysis.
• Experience in data governance, data quality, and metadata management.

Experience:

• Experience gathering and documenting AI-ready data requirements and user stories.
• Experience working with data governance frameworks including classification, privacy, and stewardship.
• Experience supporting data quality initiatives including profiling, validation, and observability.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations, dashboards, and strategy reports.
• Experience supporting AI readiness frameworks and governance models.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML, data engineering, and analytics teams.
• Experience supporting vendor evaluations and AI proof-of-concept initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering for AI-ready data environments including AWS sandbox, data onboarding, and synthetic data setups.
• Define and document data governance policies including classification, privacy, and risk frameworks.
• Support data quality initiatives including profiling, validation, and drift detection.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and readiness checklists using Agile methodologies.
• Define PoC exit criteria and AI readiness validation frameworks.
• Support AI governance including responsible AI, model ownership, bias, and compliance standards.
• Develop executive presentations, business cases, ROI models, and AI readiness scorecards.
• Maintain RAID logs and provide weekly status reporting.
• Act as liaison for AI Hub intake and manage AI use-case pipeline.
• Support data onboarding for AI including cataloging, metadata, and governance validation.
• Assist in BI and data platform initiatives including Power BI, Qlik, Informatica, and DataPower.
• Contribute to global data alignment and policy standardization efforts.

Should Have:

• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog or IBM watsonx.
• Experience working in global or multi-region enterprise environments.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle including feature engineering and synthetic data concepts.
• Experience in ontology and responsible AI frameworks.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in AI, data, or analytics-focused business analysis roles.
