We are looking for Agentic AI MCP (Model Context Protocol) Integration Specialist for our client in Charlotte NC.

Job Location: Charlotte NC

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

4+ years of experience in system integration / backend development.
Strong expertise in API development and integration patterns.
Experience with MCP or similar protocols / tool integration frameworks.
Proficiency in Python / Node.js.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Experience with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SSO, RBAC).
Familiarity with JSON, REST, event-driven systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement MCP-based integrations for AI agents.
Connect AI systems with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, databases, APIs).
Develop secure and reusable tool connectors for agent frameworks.
Enable context sharing and orchestration between models and tools.
Ensure data governance, access control, and security compliance.
Optimize integration performance and reliability.
Collaborate with AI developers to embed tools into agent workflows.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.

Nice to Have:

Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.).
Exposure to data security and compliance standards.
Experience integrating LLM tools with business systems.
