Job Title:             Microsoft Entra IGA Architect / Engineer (Microsoft Identity Governance SME)

Location:             100% Remote

Duration:            6+ Months Contract (~30Hrs per week initially, moving to ~20-25 Hrs per week afterward)

Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Entra Identity Governance (IGA) Architect / Engineer with deep hands-on implementation expertise in Microsoft Entra IGA. The ideal candidate will possess both architectural leadership and engineering execution capabilities and have proven experience implementing and operating Microsoft’s Identity Governance platform.
• This role requires someone who has actively worked in Entra IGA environments and can guide architecture decisions while also performing implementation work.

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Identity lifecycle management
• Provisioning / deprovisioning
• Access certifications
• Separation of Duties (SoD)
• Role engineering
• IAM governance frameworks
• Enterprise identity architecture
• Integration Experience

Experience integrating Entra IGA with:

• Active Directory / Hybrid AD
• HR systems
• SaaS applications
• Enterprise applications
• SCIM / provisioning connectors
• Microsoft ecosystem tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Microsoft Identity / Entra project delivery experience
• Experience leading client workshops and governance discussions
• Previous architecture ownership on IAM / IGA implementations
• Familiarity with SailPoint, Saviynt, or other IGA tools is beneficial
• Microsoft certifications preferred

Key Requirement:

• Candidate must have direct, hands-on Entra IGA implementation experience. General Entra ID / Azure AD experience alone is not sufficient.
• The client specifically requires an individual who has already worked within Microsoft Entra Identity Governance, can architect solutions, and execute implementations without ramp-up time.
