Overview:
Looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting Analyst skilled in developing reports and dashboards using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI. The role focuses on report design, development, and support for various HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, and Talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support Oracle Cloud HCM reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards with KPIs, prompts, and drill-downs.
Write and optimize SQL queries for HCM data.
Work with HR and functional teams to gather reporting requirements.
Troubleshoot and enhance existing reports and dashboards.
Support testing and maintenance during Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
Required
8-10+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM reporting experience.
Strong hands-on skills in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI dashboards.
Solid SQL querying and data analysis experience.
Background in Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM (not EBS).
Understanding of role-based data security in Oracle Cloud.
Not a functional consultant, architect, or lead-level resource looking for hands-on developer/analyst profiles.
Nice to Have:
Experience in higher education or public sector environments.
Knowledge of AI reporting, Python, or Oracle EPM integrations.
