Job Title: BI Platform Engineer

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Own the installation, configuration, administration, and patching of enterprise reporting environments.
Act as the primary liaison between reporting and security teams, ensuring compliance with internal security standards.
Administer and maintain: o SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) o SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) o Power BI Gateway servers o Power BI Service tenant settings and capacities Data Platform Enablement.
Support and integrate Power BI Dataflows within governed enterprise reporting architectures.
Enable analytics solutions leveraging Data Lakes and Data Warehouses as source systems.
Ensure reporting solutions follow enterprise data standards and lineage expectations Automation & Operational Support.
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for deployments, maintenance, monitoring, and administration.
Develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation for Azure and on-prem/hybrid analytics environments.
Reduce operational risk through standardization and proactive management Analytics Development.
Design and maintain SSAS tabular models at an enterprise scale.
