Cyber Quality Engineer
Location: Juno Beach, FL (REMOTE)
Position Overview
The CDI program is consolidating cybersecurity data across seven Cyber Security domains Data Protection, Vulnerability Management & SOC, Governance/Risk/Compliance (GRC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cyber Resiliency, Security Architecture & Engineering, and Strategy/Program Management & Performance into a unified AWS Redshift data platform and a persona-based Power BI reporting layer.
This role is being created to own quality end to end: metric accuracy, persona-based access control, cross-domain consistency, and UAT defect closure giving domain leaders confidence that what they see on each dashboard is correct and appropriately scoped to their role before go-live.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of QA/testing experience on BI, data analytics, or cybersecurity reporting platforms.
Hands-on experience testing Power BI reports and datasets, including DAX measure validation and row-level security (RLS) testing.
Working SQL proficiency for source-to-target data validation; AWS Redshift experience is a strong plus.
Experience with Agile/SAFe QA practices sprint-based test planning, UAT coordination, and structured defect triage.
Strong attention to detail and the organizational discipline to manage validation across multiple parallel domains and personas simultaneously without losing traceability.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to cybersecurity or vulnerability-management data (CVEs, CVSS scoring, CISA KEV feeds, endpoint/scanner data).
Experience with test management tooling (Jira/Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, or equivalent).
ISTQB or an equivalent QA/testing certification.
Familiarity with AWS Glue-based ETL pipelines and Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) data architectures.
