Pay Rate:$81.45 per hour (W2 Only)
HYBRID: Must be onsite MON-THUR each week (LOCAL CANDIDATES)

Sr. Privacy Project Manager with experience delivering real-world complex Data, Advanced Analytics projects with expertise in the following areas:
(1) Plan, execute, and oversee technology and data platform initiatives within the Global Services and Data Platform (GSDPF) Division by coordinating scope, schedule, resources, budget, and deliverables.
(2) Ensures projects are delivered in alignment with approved objectives, governance standards, and quality expectations while supporting data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
(3) Has a clear understanding of the business goals and supports the business timelines and delivery expectations.
RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:
Project Planning & Execution Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures.
Managing milestone timelines that aligned with approved scope and business and IT objectives.
Coordination of project activities across cross-functional teams to support timely and efficient execution of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Privacy Project Leadership focused on data privacy compliance and regulatory alignment. Drive privacy assessments, security checkpoints, and compliance reviews as part of project delivery.
Partner with Legal, Information Security and Data Governance teams to ensure appropriate handling of PII, sensitive data, and regulated datasets.
Oversee implementation of privacy controls such as access restrictions, masking, minimization, retention workflows, and audit traceability.
REQUIRED BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
Experience with DSAR (Consumer Privacy Request) SaaS industry leading solutions
Proven experience delivering Privacy related projects to implementation
* 5+ years of Project Management, managing Privacy, Data Governance, and Compliance programs
* 5+ years managing Data Platforms, including project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
* Experience leading enterprise Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Privacy initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and other global data privacy frameworks.
* Experience managing third-party vendors and SaaS privacy technology implementations.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Consumer Privacy Request and Request fulfillment experiences is desired. (mplementing and managing Consumer Privacy Request (DSAR) platforms and privacy operations workflows. )
