Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking Application Engineer Interns for Summer 2027. This internship is designed for students pursuing a degree in engineering who expect to graduate in December 2027 or May/June 2028. Successful interns will gain hands-on experience in technical customer support, software applications, and product demonstrations, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Application Engineer role after graduation.

What You'll Do- Actively pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or related field of study.
- Expected graduation date: December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in engineering metrology and manufacturing technologies.
- Foundational knowledge of CAD/CAM tools, programming, or data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with a drive to learn.

Work Environment- Primarily office-based with opportunities to visit customers or demo sites.
- Regular use of computer equipment; occasional movement around labs or factory floor.
- May involve light lifting (up to 15 lbs) of equipment or demonstration tools.
- Team-oriented environment with collaborative problem-solving and technical engagement.
