ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking Research Associate II for an onsite position located in Tucson, AZ with a biotechnology company. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity. Summary: This is an onsite Research Associate II position in Oncology Assay Development (OAD) requiring 2-4 years of relevant experience (post-college).
Responsibilities: - Designs experimental protocols with minimal supervision.
- Executes bench experiments; makes detailed and general observations and analyzes data.
- Prepares technical reports, summaries and quantitative analyses.
- Works well in a team environment by being a productive project team member, suggesting creative solutions to problems and providing input to project planning.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry, or similar life sciences field.
- 2-4 years of experience with basic and a range of specialized laboratory techniques.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
Desired skills: - Experience with general product development process in a highly regulated industry, preferably in vitro diagnostics.
Pay range: up to $41.04 per hour
