About the RoleWe are seeking a Software Engineer to support strategic technology initiatives and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. In this contingent assignment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges, enhance existing systems, and support large-scale engineering programs.
The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
- Participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables.
- Analyze technical requirements and evaluate solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and client personnel to deliver high-quality results.
- Support project planning, technical design discussions, and software delivery activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and engineering best practices.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, procedures, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production and development issues.
Minimum Qualifications- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile or similar software development environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and systems.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in consulting, financial services, or large corporate environments.
