Summary

Job Title : Senior DevOps AI Consultant with BFS (Banking, Financial Services)

Location : 100% Remote

Start date : 3-4 weeks so immediate (End of year to start, 4 years of work)

Two rounds of interviews:

Meet with manager to ensure basic skills, understanding, communication, and fit
Tech assessment with team leads

DevOps Engineer
Via Co-pilot automate engineering solutions
Engineering teams are transitioning data and solutions into new environment, 5 data sources, and more
As engineering teams invoke new approach and solutions, this person would join a small (2-3 people) who use Co-pilot to automate the implementation of the new approach and solution, example: new test/QA approach for files, take the approach using AI and implement for the entire environment
Needs to be familiar and comfortable with python, Java and SQL Server
Using CICD Pipeline
Most likely Terraform and Kubernetes

Notes from our meeting with hiring manager:

Client is adopting AI and have 2-3 on staff to coach them in AI. Their Engineering team coming up with solutions.
This person will take over the Engineering solution and use Co-Pilot, Github, and then use AI to automate it.
Test cases on new data files. This is all AI automation. Not devising a solution (Solution given to this person by the engineers).
Work with all 3 teams, compliance, banking and financial.
BFS background (banking financial services.)
2-3 years Co-Pilot needed
4-6 years Java and AI 3 years, 10 years overall minimum.
SQL and Java then moved into DevOps.
We are looking for an AI expert with DevOps experience.
