Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small development team while remaining hands-on with coding and technical execution.
- Design and develop full-stack applications using JavaScript (Node.js, React) and AWS services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
- Work with DynamoDB, CCM tools, and CRM platforms to support application functionality.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of progressive experience in application development and architecture.
- Strong full-stack development skills with JavaScript (Node.js, React).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with DynamoDB, CCM tools, and CRM platforms.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
