Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead who is highly technical and execution-focused, with the ability to lead a small local team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow their career within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small development team while remaining hands-on with coding and technical execution.
Design and develop full-stack applications using JavaScript (Node.js, React) and AWS services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
Work with DynamoDB, CCM tools, and CRM platforms to support application functionality.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.

Qualifications

6-9 years of progressive experience in application development and architecture.
Strong full-stack development skills with JavaScript (Node.js, React).
Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
Familiarity with DynamoDB, CCM tools, and CRM platforms.
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
