Supplier Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Supplier Analyst in Naperville, IL.

Duties:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and brokers to foster long-term partnerships and drive cost efficiencies
* Support supplier onboarding and troubleshoot supplier costing issues within the organization's supplier management platform
* Negotiate and execute supplier agreements focused on reducing acquisition costs while ensuring favorable terms and compliance
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, to align supplier cost agreements with broader business objectives
* Apply best practices in cost management, driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence
* Deliver results against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier pricing, cost management, and savings initiatives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize landed costs and support overall business performance
* Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Minimum of one year of experience in supplier management, supplier negotiations, procurement, sourcing, or landed cost optimization
* Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
* Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
