Role Overview

The Development Analyst Enterprise SAP is a senior-level technical role responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and supporting SAP and SAP-related enterprise systems. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendors, and also provides technical guidance to Development Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis and design of SAP solutions based on business and operational needs
Translate business requirements into technical designs, specifications, and system solutions
Design, develop, test, and implement SAP applications, enhancements, and integrations
Serve as technical lead for small to medium SAP projects or workstreams
Guide and mentor Development Specialists on design, development, and troubleshooting
Coordinate development tasks, testing activities, and deployments
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards
Support production systems, including second-level support and issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP
Experience with SAP ECC and enterprise SAP landscapes
Knowledge of SAP modules such as IS-U, MM, Finance, CRM
Experience with SAP integrations, interfaces, APIs, and batch processing
Familiarity with tools such as SAP Ariba CLM, OpenText VIM, EHSM, PowerPlant
Unix/Linux, SQL, and scripting experience
