Full Time role
Role Overview
The Development Analyst Enterprise SAP is a senior-level technical role responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and supporting SAP and SAP-related enterprise systems. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendors, and also provides technical guidance to Development Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and design of SAP solutions based on business and operational needs
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, specifications, and system solutions
- Design, develop, test, and implement SAP applications, enhancements, and integrations
- Serve as technical lead for small to medium SAP projects or workstreams
- Guide and mentor Development Specialists on design, development, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate development tasks, testing activities, and deployments
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards
- Support production systems, including second-level support and issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP
- Experience with SAP ECC and enterprise SAP landscapes
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as IS-U, MM, Finance, CRM
- Experience with SAP integrations, interfaces, APIs, and batch processing
- Familiarity with tools such as SAP Ariba CLM, OpenText VIM, EHSM, PowerPlant
- Unix/Linux, SQL, and scripting experience
