As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics and hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with drafting offer letters, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment processes.
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, university outreach, and onsite interview coordination.
- Help improve recruiting operations, processes, and documentation as the company scales.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and onsite interview experiences when needed.
- Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting and pipeline management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Operations teams to support hiring initiatives.

Required skills
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR coordination, or administrative support Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of urgency and follow-through Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving processes Experience with ATS platforms such as Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar systems preferred Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools Interest in robotics, engineering, AI, or emerging technologies
