Job Title: Project Manager II – IT Service Governance (SAP / Enterprise Integration)
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 8+ Months (Possible Extension)

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager II for our direct client, the . This is a fully onsite opportunity in Austin, TX. Candidates must currently reside in the Austin,TX area and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience managing large, complex enterprise projects.
- Strong experience managing projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience leading Enterprise Systems Integration projects.
- Experience managing SAP implementation and/or integration projects.
- Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
- Experience managing third-party vendors from implementation through project closure.
- Expertise in risk management, issue tracking, mitigation, and project governance.
- Experience preparing project plans, timelines, risk and issue logs, communication plans, and stakeholder registers.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating with business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the State or other government agencies.
- PMP and/or CBAP certification.
- Experience using AI-enabled project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Jira AI) for planning, reporting, scheduling, and risk management.
Work Location:
- Austin, TX (100% Onsite)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
