Pay Range: $55 - $56/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an escalation point and coach to channel advisors
- Provide best in class guidance and support to employees and managers on cases that require subject matter expertise beyond what our channel support team is able to provide
- Leverage relevant playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management and contribute to ongoing improvements
- Consistently apply client policies and standards to situations
- Manage high volume of cases while delivering on core metrics and case management practices
- Consult with the team manager and senior members of the HRC Specialist team for support
- Partner with COE/Shared Services partners when appropriate to provide comprehensive end-to-end support to our employees Maintain, update, and improve employee-facing HR process and policy documentation.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and provide sound judgment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with employees and managers in difficult situations
- Excellent active listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of employees and managers
- Ability to deliver difficult messages with tact and diplomacy while maintaining a focus on the best outcome for all parties involved
- 5 years of experience providing human assisted support to employees regarding HR matters.
