Pay Range: $20- $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and investigate member complaints and grievances from intake through resolution
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage complex, sensitive cases holistically
- Develop and document basic care plans aligned with provider recommendations
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with members, families, providers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies
- Meet required turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Maintain thorough documentation and update case management systems daily
- Escalate urgent or high-risk issues appropriately
- Participate in audits, trainings, and team meetings as required
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) – REQUIRED
(LCSW will be considered if MSW is not held) - 2+ years of case management or related healthcare experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, MS Word, case management systems)f
