Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) Functional Lead Consultant to join a large-scale global Oracle Cloud HCM implementation program. This role requires a strong functional expert with hands-on experience leading Oracle Cloud Time & Labor implementations from inception through go-live and post-production support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud OTL solutions in global enterprise environments and should be capable of driving workshops, solution design, client engagement, and implementation leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with strong focus on Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL)
  • Minimum 3-4 full life cycle Oracle Cloud OTL implementations
  • At least 1-2 implementations as OTL Lead
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Time & Labor configuration
    • Time calculation rules
    • Time entry layouts
    • Scheduling and workforce compliance
    • Approval workflows
    • Absence integration
    • Payroll integration
  • Experience conducting:
    • Requirement gathering workshops
    • Solution design sessions
    • CRP/UAT support
    • Production deployment activities
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules integration points
  • Experience working in global implementations highly preferred
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global workforce and multi-country time policies
  • Knowledge of Oracle Workforce Scheduling is a plus
  • Experience integrating OTL with Payroll and Absence Management
  • Prior consulting background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Cloud OTL workstream for a new global implementation
  • Drive functional design and configuration activities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define future-state processes
  • Lead workshops, testing cycles, and deployment activities
  • Coordinate with technical, payroll, and integration teams
  • Provide best practice recommendations for global time & labor processes
  • Support cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities

Education

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred
