Summary

Urgent Requirement: Implementation Project Manager
Duration: 12 months
Location:  Madison, WI 
Onsite, hybrid or remote: WI residency required. Must be WI resident or willing to relocate within 30 days of start date at own expense.   90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Onsite work is not likely,

Interview: MS Team 
Required Skills: Active PMP Certification 
11+ years of experience. Manages rollout planning, pilot readiness, acceptance criteria, cutover coordination, site readiness, and implementation issues.
Experience developing and implementing project implementation and communication plans. 
High level of skill in initiating and maintaining strong, collaborative interpersonal relationships with a variety of stakeholders. 
Strong leadership and management skills. 
Strong organizational Change (OCM) and time management skills. 
Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication as well as visual presentations. 
Experience with large-scale organizational change, implementation and training efforts.
